1. After each die test, if there is any feedback on any problem, we will provide the mold correction plan or suggestion within 48 hours
2. For customers who has given orders regularly, the sales manager will bring technical staff to visit every 6-12 months to understand and summarize the main problems in the use of molds, and give feedbacks to the designers for later promotion and improvement
3. For customers whose purchase volume reaches a certain scale, the company can send die corrector to the customer site for a period of time to guide dies correction and maintenance
